Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: To start a return, you must contact us first at rahulpatelanuppur@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the package; we will provide a specific return address once your request is approved.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. For damaged items, please attach a photo of the product in your email so we can process a free replacement or refund immediately.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as our LED Skin Masks or beauty tools) for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
